In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, El Pueblo is hosting a Self-Defense Class for community members, taught by Team 144. Participants will learn practical self-defense techniques designed to build confidence, increase awareness, and strengthen personal safety skills in a supportive environment. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
