With a proven track record of implementing programs that deliver essential resources and support, Joy is dedicated to raising awareness and fostering community collaboration. Under her leadership, MCADV is focused on achieving both short and long-term strategic goals, ensuring the delivery of quality services by staff, and driving social change through advocacy, technical assistance, and public awareness initiatives. Joy is passionate about transforming economic, social, and political systems, and she provides the leadership necessary to enhance Mississippi’s domestic violence programs and engage communities in the critical work of ending domestic violence.
Alicia Washington
Chief Financial Officer
